Yoga is a holistic & healing practice that can benefit the mind, body, and beyond. We approach yoga as a tool for self-discovery, self-accountability, personal growth, healing, empowerment, introspection, fun, and a reminder to be present in the moment. You will begin connecting to those deeper parts of your body, mind, and breath as we practice Sivananda yoga, among other various styles of yoga. We discover how to use the yoga tools we learn in class to walk our journey in life.
I am a skilled and compassionate teacher who creates a safe nurturing, and comical environment for all because we take ourselves too seriously. I believe in connecting with your childlike ways and having fun with them during your practice.
I bring knowledge, experience, passion, and a dose of reality to my classes, and I am committed to ongoing professional development. I received my training at The Sivananda Yoga Farm in Sacramento, CA in late 2018. I am also certified in Yin, Restorative, trauma-informed yoga, and yoga meditation
